Onboarding Process
Enquiry
Whether you email us, send a message, scan a QR code, or give us a call, you'll be directed to our enquiry form.
If you need help completing it, our team will be more than happy to assist.
Preparation Email
Within 48 hours, our Client Services Team will send you a welcome email. This will include:
• Information about our programs
• Upcoming events, FAQs
• A link to book your Meet & Greet session. We'll also ask for some details to help us prepare for our time together.
Meet & Greet
This is our favourite part! We'll sit down with you, hear your story, and co-create a tailored plan for your journey. This meeting usually takes up to 1.5 hours, during which we will:
• Build your support plan
• Complete your service agreement and documents
• Introduce you to potential team members so you can choose who's the best fit.
Welcome & App Setup
Once your service agreement is confirmed, we'll set you up in our system. You'll receive:
• A confirmation email with your booked shifts (dates & times)
• Instructions on using the CoreMaster app
• A welcome pack with details about your Team Leader and support team.
Individual Development Plan
One of your first sessions will be with your Team Leader. Together you'll:
• Create your Individual Development Plan
• Set personal goals
• Outline the steps for your journey forward.
Check Ins
Throughout your journey, we'll have regular check-ins to ensure you're happy, supported, and progressing.
We'll adjust your IDP or support plan as needed.
Community & Events
You'll be invited to take part in Journey Community events and external opportunities. These are designed to help you:
• Build social connections
• Explore new experiences
• Be part of the wider community.
