Founded in late 2020—almost by accident—The Journey Community began when our founder, Jacob, saw firsthand the deep flaws in the disability support system.

Rather than treating people like contracts, he envisioned something radically different:

A community that values real relationships, intentional care and holistic solutions.

What started as a small response to a big problem has grown into a mission driven organisation rooted in faith and built on the belief that true transformation happens through connection, compassion and walking together.

We now operate a small community centre featuring a gym, offices and shared spaces. Our programs ranging from men's groups that build lifelong bonds to life changing respite trips overseas, reflect our heart to walk with people through every part of life.

Our team is passionate, selfless and on a mission for the Lord.

Christ is the foundation of everything we do. We believe He is the true Director—we simply follow His lead.
